- changed Pinger internals to remove "www" from ping endpoint URL, as we dropped the "www" from Moodgeist URL-s.

- fixed Skype API connection policy, now the Pinger works fine when started before Skype, and behaves well and remains running when Skype is quit and restarted - meaning that you can safely do "open at login" and leave it running forever.
