This is a group of regular editors who can edit mostly everything on the site. Since I changed the policy in April 2007, allowing all known users (except blocked) to edit, it's a bit obsolete now. (In Dec 2007, changed policy back to previous due to spam. Now only regular editors in this group can edit.)
